1. Lifetime App Access Offer:

    You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchasing the Lifetime App Access. After this period, no refunds will be issued.

2. TGOx Pro Monthly Subscription:

    Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable.

3. TGOx Elite Offering:

Deposit Refunds

  • Standard Policy:

    The deposit for TGOx Elite is non-refundable.

  • Exception:

    If the TrainerGoesOnline team disqualifies a trainer after the assessment call, a deposit refund will be issued.

No Refund Policy

The TGOx Elite Program is a high-commitment, high-impact service designed to provide our clients with comprehensive resources and support. Due to the nature of the program, all payments made towards TGOx Elite are non-refundable. By enrolling in the TGOx Elite Program, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Payment Obligation

Once a payment has been made, it is considered final, and no partial or full refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This applies to all payment plans. Clients are obligated to fulfill the full payment of their chosen subscription plan.

Subscription Terms

Your subscription to the TGOx Elite program will continue for the duration of your chosen subscription plan. Termination of your subscription, whether by you or by TGOx Elite, will not entitle you to a refund of any unused portion of your subscription period.

No Chargeback Policy

By agreeing to this refund policy, the client acknowledges that they will not initiate any chargebacks with their credit card provider or payment processor. Any attempt to charge back payments may result in immediate termination of access to the TGOx Elite program. TGOx reserves the right to contest any chargebacks and disputes, providing proof of the client’s agreement to this no- refund policy.

Confirmation of Understanding

By enrolling in the TGOx Elite program, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to this refund policy. The client acknowledges that all payments are final and non- refundable.
